Chili's is what you would expect from a Tex-Mex food chain. The food is sub par with some excellent and some not so excellent dishes. The service here is very good and it is a great place to bring groups. I would highly recommend making a reservation as it can get very crowded.
Nice clean chili's seems to be remodeled recently the only thing I didn't like about this one is the bar area seems to be pretty small most of the restaurant is tables and booths. The service was quick on a busy Friday night.
Bar staff were friendly and attentive. Old-timer burger was wonderful - great beef flavor that did not get buried in the toppings (I did not get cheese). Lettuce, onion, and tomato were very fresh and the tomato was actually red! Fries were seasoned just right, not too much, and fried perfectly. One star off for watery lemonade. Tip, Chili's - if you're going to serve really good food, you need really good drinks to go with it. Wendy's natural lemonade is WAY better than your Minute Maid (which tasted like Hi-C). I'll still come back but won't get the lemonade.

I have been to several Chili's and had never had a bad experience. Unfortunately, the service I received was extremely poor. The waiter took 10min to come to my table after I had been seated and only checked in with me once to refill my drink after it had been empty for 5min. It then took 30min to get my food. However, when I spoke to the manager, Jennifer Sousa, she explained to me that one of their cooks unexpectedly called out and she was trying to help cook in the back. She said there was no excuse for the poor table service and removed both my drink and meal from my bill. She then offered me a free dessert to go. So, even though my experience was not stellar Jennifer was extremely nice and understanding and went above and beyond to make sure I would return to her restaurant.
