Super comfortable seats, genuinely nice and helpful staff.
If you live in northeastern Massachusetts and you want to see the latest blockbuster promising stunning visual and sound effects, you're first choice should be to try and catch it here. Jordan's IMAX promises an immersive movie experience, and they deliver. The screen is huge, the picture quality is perfect, and the sound is top notch. The tickets are actually a little bit cheaper than they are for an IMAX movie in Methuen, for example. And, oh yeah, there's a Fuddruckers.

Now lets talk about the theater itself. The seating is like at a one of those Omni theaters at the Science museum, but better and larger. The screen is gigantic and fills up your entire field of vision. The seats are comfortable. The sound system blasts you away. Even as the world more and more wants to stay in with Netflix, coming here makes going out to see a movie still a worthy experience.
To begin, my husband and I went there to enjoy a nice movie on memorial day, bought them online the night before-very easy process printed them right from home. If I could give a negative star I would, halfway through our movie everything went black. One of the works came in and informed us the power went out and to hang tight-no big deal stuff happens. They came in again and said they had to evacuate the building and everyone had to stand in the pouring rain. Not only was there no time frame we would have to sit and get soaked but no information was given to us about anything. Frustrated we left and didn't go back. We tried calling the next day to get our money back but no answer, this has been two days of us calling and still no answer. I will not go back to this IMAX ever again. Not only is it very unprofessional to not have any kind of answering service. I am willing to drive the extra miles to go further and not lose out on my money.
These days, I'm used to paying more for less. Not at Sunbrella. Walking into this place I felt like Charlie stepping into the chocolate factory. Whaaa? Colorful life-sized flowers made of jelly beans? Beautiful sprays of water dancing to classical music like something out of the castle in Beauty and the Beast? Gorgeous furniture displaces everywhere? Tthough they do make you feel as if your money really isn't worth anything. $3,000 for a wall hanging anyone? But hey, you don't have to buy it!

It be a good place to enjoy a flick. Lots of good looking stuff in the crowd. Sound like a concert - really big. Best place to see a movie in Reading MA - that is for certain.
I can't give 5 stars for a theater that only has one screen and only shows one movie at a time, but I will say that, whichever movie they are showing at the time, there isn't a better place to see it.
