****DO NOT USE THIS LAUNDRY MAT.**** Everything is broken. No bathroom. Top load machines are dirty or broken and equipment is not marked as "BROKEN" or "DO NOT USE" or "UNDER MAINTENANCE". There is no one on premise nor any phone number to call for any assistance nor for any emergency. Use at own risk. Phone number to business is NOT IN SERVICE. I lost a lot of money the one any only time I have used this laundry mat. Will never return. ****DO NOT USE THIS LAUNDRY MAT.****
When a man came in to fix one of the many out of order machines, I informed him of what happened. He worked on the machine and did not offer a refund or compensation for the extra dry time.
Awful experience. My first and only visit to this location will be my last. I spent over $40 dollars and was very disappointed. No bathroom.
Terrible. Water on the floor. Machines out of service, 1 out of 2 change machines out of service, i needed more change and was relieved there was an atm, except that the atm didn't even have a screen. If I hadn't already put my clothes in the wash I would have gone somewhere else. The place looks, feels neglected.
There is a disturbing amount of machines out of order at this laundry mat. The atm, tv, change machine, soda machine and several washers and dryers do not work. It seems like no one cares to fix or maintain this place.
One of the washers I used was leaking water and did not spin the water out of my clothes during the spin cycle. This ended up costing quite a bit to dry this load.
Not a quality laundromat by any stretch of the term. All of the reviews to this establishment are acurate and management needs to be renewed.
Most of the time ok...but when driers break like today...there's no way to contact anyone about it. I wasted $5 on driers and my clothes are still dripping wet...they aren't even warm.
