I could not of pulled this high end look together without her help - she was a great communicator, a seasoned decorator, incredibly patient and we totally loved her. How grateful are we to have found such a resource right in the Reading store !!!!

She took the time to first ask us about our space, the house, the look we wanted to achieve and our budget. She toured us around the store carefully picking out options for us and assembled into a complete masterpiece and she was right on budget!

I had a wonderful salesperson helping me, Susan. I was with Susan for over four hours choosing my new living room set. She helped me whittle down all the different styles I liked and all of the fabric. I would have left the store with nothing if I had to do it on my own. She was patient and knowledgable. Shopping at the Reading Jordan's has always been a wonderful experience, the Sales Representatives are always helpful, courteous, and patient, even if they know that you are not ready right then to make the purchase. My Sales Representative, Mary, was so helpful in choosing the right colors and patterns as I took advantage of changing the materials on each piece for my living room. While she never said anything, I'm sure she was with me past her normally scheduled hours and never made me feel rushed, or pressured to just get a decision made.
