North End? Who needs the North End. This place has better food and costs a lot less. Go North to Reading, not South to Boston. Lemoncello cake a must to finish the evening off.

My husband chose this place for dinner before a movie, knowing that I love cozy places with candles on the tables. I was shocked at how small it was, but put that aside as it seemed like a charming, romantic restaurant. Well, unfortunately the best part about it was our bus boy/girl. The waitress was totally rude, not friendly at all. My husband asked her a question about a meal and she just looked at him blankly. Rolled her eyes when we needed another minute with the menu. I agree with other reviews that the food was good, but the service was absolutely terrible. We must have gotten the same miserable waitress. She belongs in a fast food joint, not a restaurant like this. Unfortunately I will never go back too Ristorante Pavarotti due to the terrible service and long wait time.

We recently did a takeout order, it was absolutely delicious. I got the chicken parm which was so tender you could cut it with a fork. Hubs got the veal caccistore which he said was delicious. they tell you 20-25 minutes to prepare the order. Will definitely use them again!! Gem of a little place ..,,

The food is unbelievably excellent

Had a lovely meal there last night! The only slight disappointment was the Clams Casino appetizer, which I found to be good, but somewhat bland. The house salad was perfect - both in taste and size. The pan seared scallops in brandy sauce melted in our mouths - the light sauce added a nice dimension to the dish. The Veal Francese was the best I've had - clearly cooked to order with the addition of capers that I had requested. The flavor of the light egg batter was not lost in the symphony of lemon and capers. The chef made my linguine to order with a light dressing of lemon, oil and garlic - absolutely delicious! One of my dining companions had the shrimp scampi, and the other had chicken with artichokes in a white wine sauce - both were delicious and cooked to perfection. Clearly this place is a neighborhood gem, so save yourself the battle of parking in the north end and head here instead. Be sure to make reservatons a day or two ahead though, because the place is small.
